PAINTING LINES
The painting lines are made on inner projects basis and differ for industrialization needs , with possibility to have a full automation and a production capacity up to 150.000 pieces / day for each line.
The painting lines for the automotive field have a cleaning pre-treatment with atmospheric plasma, ionization and painting products application in controlled environment (humidity, temperature, air filtration) with multiple separate positions manuals or with robot, drying in forced air ovens with temperature control or polymerization with infrared lamps and UV.
The painting lines for cosmetic are lines with multiple positions sequentially placed for the supply of the painting products in controlled environment (humidity, temperature, air filtration).
All the cosmetic lines have mixed polymerization system; forced air and / or IR / UV.
Some lines have the possibility to be integrated with automatic loading and unloading allowing to increase the production capacity.
